AI Adoption Programme — six-stage engagement for enterprise by Ava Technologies

The AI Adoption Programme.

A six-stage engagement that audits how AI is already being used across your organisation, sets policy, trains staff, and builds inside your existing stack.

Why this exists

Most organisations are using AI before they have a framework for it.

Staff use consumer AI tools with business data. Leadership fields questions it cannot yet answer. Group policy exists but does not match what is happening on the ground.

The problem is rarely resistance. It is that organisations are trying to govern something they have not yet seen clearly. The programme exists to close that gap.

The programme

Six stages.

01

Leadership discovery

Structured interviews with the senior team. We map strategic priorities, existing concerns, and what data sensitivity looks like in practice. Three to five sessions. Output: a brief that frames the rest of the engagement.

02

Organisational audit

A structured questionnaire across the management team — or wider staff — to map actual AI usage. Which tools, which tasks, which data, which gaps. Output: an analysis report covering adoption, tool usage, confidence, and a prioritised use-case pipeline.

03

1:1 discovery

Individual sessions with managers to map day-to-day workflows, identify where time is lost, and decide where AI fits. Each session also flags tasks that require a private deployment instead of a cloud tool.

04

Governance and policy

A practical AI usage policy written for your organisation — approved tools, data-handling rules, when local inference is required, and accountability. Designed to sit alongside any group-level policy already in place.

05

Training

Role-specific workshops, 1:1 coaching for senior leaders, and short video resources. Built around the workflows the discovery work surfaced — not generic AI demos. Includes a champion network so adoption continues without us.

06

Build and support

We scope and build the tools and automations the discovery identified. For Microsoft 365 estates, that usually means Copilot Studio and Power Automate. Where data sensitivity requires it, we build with local models or private deployment. Ongoing support available.

Deliverables

What you have at the end.

  • An audit report covering adoption, tool usage, confidence, and a prioritised use-case pipeline.
  • An AI usage policy written in plain language, designed to be understood rather than filed.
  • A training programme delivered against the workflows the discovery surfaced.
  • A scoped build plan, with implementations inside your existing infrastructure.
  • A named champion network ready to continue adoption after the engagement ends.

Who it's for

Suited to four kinds of organisation.

Sectors with policy weight

Transport, healthcare, financial services, legal, professional services — where data handling and policy compliance carry real accountability.

Group-owned operators

Organisations inside a wider group structure, where group AI policy exists but local implementation is your responsibility.

Microsoft 365 estates

Organisations already paying for Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate, looking to make the investment count.

Leadership teams

Boards and senior teams getting in front of AI before staff behaviour, data risk, or competitive pressure forces it.
